| Ray was a long time former employee of the City of Chicago. He
started his career in the Department of Public Works in the 1970's.
and then moved on to Graphics and Design, The Mayors Press Office,
and the Dept. of Streets and Sanitation. He also served as a consultant the Business Managers, Mike Fitzgerald and Tim Foley at the IBEW Local#134. |
