Beloved husband of Terri.Proud stepfather of Richard and Janice.Dear brother of Laurel(Jeff)Chandler,Pam(Andy)Storar.Fond uncle of Caitlin,Mitch and Hannah.Devoted Physician and Friend to Everyone.

Dr.Thomas was one of the finest Emergency Room Doctors that ever worked at the former Edgewater Medical Center in Chicago. He worked at Resurrection Medical Center,Holy Cross,St.Mary's and was currently at Norwegian American Hospital in Chicago.
